We the Junior Doctors of Africa acknowledge that the African region is being impeded by poverty, major disease burden, and weak health policies. This has created challenges hindering the development of junior doctors in Afriogether ca.
We the Junior Doctors of Africa pledge and commit to aid and work together in pursuit of a brighter future for our fellow Doctors. Together we must stand as one offering support, building capacities, exchanging ideas, and empowering each other, in an environment of transparency, equity, and trust.
Hereby, we, at the Junior Doctors Network Meeting of the 56th General Assembly of the World Medical Association on the 7th of October 2014 in South Africa, declare the foundation of the Junior Doctors of Africa.
